AMY HOU - MANAGING ATTORNEY

Unlike many others, Amy’s legal career is distinguished by a robust background in both transactional law and litigation. Amy’s legal career began in law school when she started clerking for a Federal Bankruptcy Judge in the summer months. Following graduation, Amy worked as an in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 commercial real estate construction & investment company, where she developed her passion for real estate law. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, Amy has successfully represented clients in a variety of legal matters.

Jim received heis law degree from Emory Law School and his L.L.M. in tax law from Georgia State School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.

By implementing enterprise-grade workflows and financial discipline, Nick ensures that every closing moves with precision. His goal is to remove friction from the client experience, allowing our attorneys to focus entirely on the legal details while he manages the operational logistics.

Beyond his role at the firm, Nick is a senior executive at a Top 5 U.S. Retailer, serving as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. There, he oversees financial strategy and operational planning for a global organization with over $150 billion in annual revenue.
